Maryhelen Blake

Maryhelen Blake is the Regional Coordinator for Region 2 of the Umoja Community Education Foundation.
Her career spans over 19 years of enrollment services experience, including roles such as high school college advisor, admissions counselor, Director of Marketing and Recruitment, and more. She is passionate about enhancing the experiences of African-American students.
Maryhelen attended California State University, Long Beach, and earned her degree in Black Studies and Human Development.
She joined the Umoja team in 2023.
